How do I place an order?
You can make order by sending the product code, quantity that you want to buy, your email address, and phone number through the space provided in "Contact us" page.

Payment and Shipping
We are providing free shipping or delivery fees for students in University Utara Malaysia. Others will need to bear the freight cost charged by freight service company. UUM students can make payment either through face-to-face method or online banking method. The common bank that we used to receive payment is bank islam (BIMB).

Secure ordering & payment options
We are providing secure ordering and payment system. Customer data will kept confidentially and Easyware will not make use of customer data for any unintended purpose.

Returns & refunds
We will give a week time as buffer or waranty for product returns and rufund. Customer can returns and ask for refunds if found any flaw in our products. Strong evidence must be used to prove the flaw.
